People never understand this. In my experience nuclear shills are completely clueless about nuclear energy and easily as dumb as renewable shills. They think that nuclear energy is a panacea but never consider the fact that the uranium must come from somewhere. Further you can't just throw uranium into some nuclear plant, you have to refine and machine it.
Very very very few countries have their own uranium AND homemade fuel rods and are therefore independent.
