I can't run a country, but I can set the policies, then supervise a direct team of trustees to divide the work. And my top policies would be:

I would declare climate change (or some other bullshit excuse) a national emergency and initiate the Emergencies Act (the one Trudeau used against the truckers that effectively gives the PM dictatorial level power).
I would go a few years using the Act in smaller ways while people get used to not having laws be approve by Parliament.
Then I would begin ratcheting up the intensity. Nationalizing key industries, banning non-approved media, disbanding parliament and ending elections on every jurisdictional level, martial law, banning political parties, etc. All to ensure that the next stage can be achieved with minimal opposition.
Next, I begin the process of demulticulturalization. Mass deportations of immigrants, non-whites, and especially jews. Rounding up all of the marxists, antifa, trannies and homos, etc. All the while promoting an intensive natal policy to encourage white population growth and a communal policy to strengthen the ties between citizens within their towns and neighborhoods.
Everything possible to make the country autarkic would be done, especially food and energy production.
I'd also start the mid-Canada corridor project to provide the new and growing families job opportunities and create new major population centers in the middle of the country instead of just near the US border.
Of course, mass militarization of the citizenry to ensure sovereignty. Everyone is conscripted from 20 to 24, everyone is required to own firearms, every town with an emergency plan in case of attack. I'd also start a nuclear weapons program for further protection of national sovereignty.
