My cousin sort of became a tranny I guess. He always wears women's clothes and had his facial hair removed. But he didn't change his voice and his personality is still the same. He's also married to a woman and has 2 kids. Because of all that, I don't really have to cope. He went out in some weird teen girl clothes in the first year he came out (he was like 28 at the time), but he dresses well now and doesn't care if people call him sir or ma'am or whatever. He thinks the whole pronoun thing is dumb, nor does he crave special attention.

Having said all that, it was difficult at first, for most of us, but his chill attitude and decent dressing style makes it alright. I met a legit deranged tranny once in uni though, and that was a horror show. There's "degrees" to the whole tranny thing.
