I would like multiplex extended family homesteads. It used to be that people knew and lived alongside their 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc. cousins. The left took extended families from us and they are taking nuclear families. I don't mind high-density housing. Extended families should incorporate themselves and build build beautiful mid-rise homes.
