Sounds like they sunk it themselves.
>Aberdeen Restaurant Enterprises said the restaurant became a financial burden to its shareholders, with millions of Hong Kong dollars spent on its inspection and maintenance even though it was not in operation.

seriously why the fuck was this thing out in open water?

As was foretold

man, if that boat could talk. i bet a lot of history happened there. think of the political deals, the weddings, the new year's parties, the crimes, the love stories, all the lives that passed through that restaurant over the course of its life.

The advantage of a floating restaurant is that you can buy shoreline property, dig a foundation, fill foundation with concrete and then dig a river to the new foundation location, float the restaurant to the new spot and continue business after draining off the water.

Failed during lockdowns was apparently being towed somewhere for repairs but it could also be an insurance deal.

Sad

Chinks gonna sink

Should have float themselves to Taiwan.

>it has become a financial burden to shareholders
>oh no it capsized and sunk! ;)
lol

Nobody there had a camera...

junk

lmao based

All you can eat sea.

this is 100% an insurance scam to recoup losses on a failing business.
