man, if that boat could talk. i bet a lot of history happened there. think of the political deals, the weddings, the new year's parties, the crimes, the love stories, all the lives that passed through that restaurant over the course of its life.
The advantage of a floating restaurant is that you can buy shoreline property, dig a foundation, fill foundation with concrete and then dig a river to the new foundation location, float the restaurant to the new spot and continue business after draining off the water.
Failed during lockdowns was apparently being towed somewhere for repairs but it could also be an insurance deal.
