what should i upgrade to? i have a 750ti right now men. something under $500 preferably. $300 ideal.

Yeah I heard Russia is stopping export of neon gas. Guess I'll splurge for at least a 3700x or g and a 6700. That should keep me going for a while to play current games at ultra 1080p 60fps. Plus been wanting a rig that better handles VR and the 6700 is VR optimized.

I had the 750ti back in the day, man that was a good GPU for playing city skylines and shadow of mordor on my old 720p monitor after school. I mean if you wanna stick with Nvidia I guess a 2060 GPU or if you don't mind AMD a 6600 GPU. Might wanna replace your processor well your at it depending on you socket and backup your storage on to something new from WD, Samsung, or Sandisk.

my CPU is intel, forget which one. its pretty decent, only 2 years old. i built this 2 years ago and just didnt get a new video card. will look into those.

Nice! Well look into those GPUs and those should keep you going for a long time if a 750ti has been holding you over for this long. I don't know what your needs or stock is in your area, but shop around on good computer part suppliers or directly from manufacturer.

People aren't gonna like what I have to say, but have you thought about the gig economy if you live in an area where you can do something like that. You use gas to do it, but I've made all the money I need for gas and little more from it two days a week. Just a thought, it's how I've kept driving without it eating into my income.
