Duh it's just amphetamine for kids

Duh it's just cocaine for fags

i drank a cup of coffee today and i went and bought a frying pan

Duh its just the happy juice for me

I drink circa 10 cups of coffee per day and never buy anything.

Great "study" you got there, faggot.

You bought a computer to post on Any Forums. Coffee did that.

Le Swede

>half offered coffee that contained about 100 milligrams of caffeine and the others decaf or water. They then shared their receipts with the researchers as they exited the stores. The team found that caffeinated individuals purchased a significantly higher number of items and spent more money compared to those who had decaf or water.

I have almost zero impulse buying and I drink coffee... it's yet another of those failed studies that link random crap.

Meh.

Caffeine doesn't affect me; I can drink a cup of coffee before I go to bed, and still sleep soundly. Same for my great-grandpa, guess it goes in the genes.

What if I put my dick in the coffee before you drink? Would you still sleep soundly?

Any members of the 1-2 cups a day max present in this thread?

Isn't that supposed to be normal?

You wouldn't be able to afford travel to Sweden in the first place, poorfag.

lmao even the poor here can travel to Sweden. It's not that expensive.

>bad science
>people who impulse buy also buy coffee

>t.specious reasoning

I just drank four coffees and bought a burrito even though lunch is waiting for me at home. fk

>t. a leaf
Nice projection you got there, faggot.

1 then swiss water decaf for the rest of the day, heavy cream all day

Supposed to, yes. It's the ideal, not the norm.

Sounds about right.

what a stupid ass stupid
The experiments consisted of setting up an espresso machine at the entrances of a retail chain and home goods store in France and a department store in Spain. Upon entry, more than 300 shoppers were provided a complimentary cup – with about half offered coffee that contained about 100 milligrams of caffeine and the others decaf or water. They then shared their receipts with the researchers as they exited the stores. The team found that caffeinated individuals purchased a significantly higher number of items and spent more money compared to those who had decaf or water.

That isn't factoring in if they actually drank it or even how much of it. They don't even state if those were randomized or if the buyers pick which they took. All it shows is correlation not causation

>They split the study pool of 200 business school students between individuals who consumed caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee and asked them to pick which items they would purchase from a preselected list of 66 options. Those who consumed caffeine picked more items considered to be impulsive purchases, such as a massager, while others selected more practical items, such as a notebook.

Again, did they give them a choice? Let them know? Did they already have these drinking habits before the test? Worse still this test is in a vacuum where they are pushed to shop for items.

I don't drink caffeine of any kind but this study is on par of saying games cause violence because people who played CoD before boxing hit harder than those that don't.
