No high pressure cookers in europe, so no, not prepped, there's will still be food. If there's no food, that'd be a death sentence for the 'elites'

I'm only 5'4" and really feminine so I'm just prepping my bussy for the inevitable.

fuck you datamining nigger

>8 mason jars

Kek, are you single? This is like a normal meal for us (family 6, 4 kids)

I was thinking the same thing.

>Jarred pasta

We need to go shopping real bad unironically, running low on canned goods and rice.

Yup, and I don't have any guns, ammunition, tools, armor or anything, just these 8 mason jars. Fuck I don't even have a fridge what do I do bro

How do you keep our moisture? My basement is damp, can't really help it easily

Prepping isn't stockpiling food it's learning skills to produce food after a collapse
Skills are the one thing that can't be taken from you and will always have value

I would suggest hoarding more shit and buying a generator. I’m not even a prepped I’m just prepared. Lived through too many disasters at this point

Here our noodles come in boxes which keep them prone to moisture and insects, I have boxes I keep in my cupboards in the kitchen but if I store anything dry long term I put it in glass jars, should get a vacuum sealer... I occasionally dehydrate fruit but that's expensive for me, takes a long time

Prepper *

Hence my guns

lol you really gonna live off of that? Where's the meat and the fat?

a classic pairing?? lol.

I did consider companion planting with most of my garden bed planning, the strawberries was the last two squares so decided to put them in. I dont believe they conflict. I'll put a row of onions above them which is meant to be a companion. Then there is also crop rotation. Definitely more to planning gardens beds then i expected,

Anyone who has more than a 3 weeks worth of food is a domestic terrorist threat according to the PATRIOT Act

Rice and beans is a complete protein and it's what feeds most of the world, I have meat but I'm more concerned about power failure than I am about salmon and steak

Ok people have been calling me a domestic terrorist for years since I believe in god, family, and the United States constitution. Doesn’t really phase me anymore. Been called a nazi since
I voted for trump

Oh shit dude that's cool, how long have you been doing this?

You shouldn't ignore how your perspective is vastly different from most people's, I'm 29, I know people who have literally never cooked a meal in their life, if it's not take out they microwave it, fridge full of stuff they'll throw away next week and maybe a half curdled jug of milk
The US government looks at people who are concerned about an uncertain future, people who take steps to take care of themselves and their families, as a threat
Why would they look at me being prepared to defend my life and liberty as a threat? Why are they afraid of us?

just started. new house have bit more more yard space.

You should try to be more ergonomic with your plant spacing, corn beans and squash can all be easily grown on top of each other

>corn beans and squash
ha, thats exactly whats going in the bed next to this one. as well as some pumpkin, zikini, cucumber and lettuce. Will be using a trellis to grow vertically.
good advice tho thx.

I'll peak it but unless it's a communal garden I don't have the same opportunity as you. Farming would be super fun but I don't have the time to devote to it, I see a lot of people larp small gardens but it's basically a week's worth of food because they can't properly store it and have to give most if it away. The big piece people who want to take care of themselves off the land miss is hunting fishing and foraging, the number 1 thing being edible local plants

Hell yeah man, I'm happy for you, I want everyone to be successful
You're doing shit you can be proud of

I don't really give a shit dude. I just wanna grill. If you don't farm, fish, hunt, at least as a hobby you're a fucking retard at this point. If nothing else I'm saving money but filling my freezers with some deer and fish eating healthier and organic by growing a small garden here. Not naive enough to think I can live off of it or anything nor do I think 'society is going to collapse' but its good for my kids to learn how to do this stuff it builds character and teachers responsibility and yeah if SHTF its good to have the knowledge i guess.

As far as people who can't cook at 29 they are dumb fucking morons and the reason the US is an abortion of it's former self at this point. I pissed people off when I said I'm glad people died when Texas lost power last year. They were all 'oh wheres your sympathy' and I said if you can't go a week without electricity you are a genetic dead end and I'm glad your dead. Weak fucking people. And they wanna tell me I'm priveleged? HAHA
