Why is gas suddenly so expensive?

I thought it was because of the Ukraine/Russian war, but I’m told it’s because Biden stopped fracking and shut down the Alaskan pipeline.

Which is it?

we got sold out by middleman / money changer class

jews

>administration says they will go after big oil
>stop leasing land
>cancel pipeline construction
>gas prices go up
hmmmmm, are you so stupid that you need to ask what is clearly right in front of you?

Just buy an EV, bigot.

So, it’s because he stopped fracking. What the hell. I thought it was Russia’s fault all along. Gas prices are gonna be like this for at least 2 more years?

Its because we printed 60% more liquidity so prices went up 60%

it's expensive because a supposed child molester is the president

Suddenly?! Where the fuck have you been?

>Why is gas suddenly so expensive?
Biden cheated the 2020 election. That is the cause of every single bad thing in the last 2 years.

Both, but Ukraine is also Bidens fault. Can't have the Democrat money laundering and bio weapon labs getfing exposed

Occam's Razor, Biden has been attacking big oil, so big oil will make sure he's a one-term President by inflating prices.

BIDEN
>refuses to renew leases for oil
>increases regulations for oil

>because of the Ukraine/Russian war
yes
>because Biden stopped fracking and shut down the Alaskan pipeline.
also yes
And now OPEC knows they have us over a barrel so haha, pay up, infidels.

It's not just that he stopped, it's how he stopped
He caused oil industry companies to lose billions with the stroke of a pen
He broke the trust, which means even if he tries to reverse course
no one will trust him with that sort of investment again
But he won't because he's out to end the use of fossil fuels entirely

NO. They're gonna get worse for 2 more years.

Disruptions in global supply from war in europe + when oil went negative in 2020 it took out a lot of refineries stateside and corps haven't wanted to make the risky investment to bring them back online when lockdown or price collapse could happen again.

If I were Brandon I would be subsidizing fracking and ultimately nuclear hard right now. But instead we're doubling down on electric cars and not really having a plan.

There are a few factors at play. First, global demand for oil and gas is growing, driven by economic growth in Asia. At the same time, production has been relatively flat, meaning that there's less oil and gas available on the market. This combination of factors has led to higher prices.

Finally, the Covid-19 pandemic has led to a shutdown of many parts of the global supply chain. This has led to a shortage of oil and gas, and higher prices.

Looking ahead, it's likely that gas prices will continue to rise, at least in the short term. But eventually, production will catch up to demand, and prices will start to come down. In the meantime, oil and gas companies will continue to rake in record profits.

>Gas prices are gonna be like this for at least 2 more years?
No, it will get worse.
