For a classic that's pretty good and Any Forums-related, try Spice & Wolf.
It's a pretty good story with great characters and it delves into merchant tricks and tactics as well as market knowledge as basis for most of it's stories.

It's about a gambler who is burried in debt so he has to gamble his way out.
I don't want to spoiler anything but as a gambler this show is so good at explaining odds and how games work in a way that only gambling addicts really appreciate.
