When I was in my mid twenties, I got my shit super together as far as money, lifting, even fashion then women around me started making it clear they were interested in me. I started dating the hottest chick from my job at the time who worked in a different department. We dated for about 2 years but the problem was she was kind of a huge bitch. She was hot as fuck though so I just kept going. I had every kind of crazy sex with this bitch and then broke up with her not just because she was a bitch, but she made it very clear she never wanted to have children. I decided that even if she was right, I really couldn't see her being a good mother so I just broke it off.
After that though, I stopped caring at all about having a gf, even without sex for like near almost 5 years. It sounds crazy, but it was like I got all that out of my system. Now I just look for wife material but I'm not frantic about it. A lot of guys will probably never get to experience this phenomenon but yeah if you get the chance to rail out a 9/10 hundreds of times, it changes you big time. It's like you become enlightened and the appeal of going after sluts is completely gone.

If you see a girl you like, become familiar to her. If she works in a shop or business you go to, start small talk and built up from there, be chilled, fun and nice. If you know how much women love socialising and talking, all you need to do is set up the conversation and she'll be happy to engage. A workmate I used to work with, single lad in his 50s, would go up to EVERY woman and just be like "Hello, how are you..." basic af intro, and women would be happy af for the invitation to run their mouths.

Socializing is a skill, its not genetic. Its like checkers, you say something they say something. The more you practice the better you are.
If you're an autist just find a script of some topic starters(not dumbass pick up lines, just normal conversation starters) and a couple of topics to talk about in case you don't know what to say.
Nobody cares if you talk to strangers, no need to be self conscious. Just do it.
