Also Soviet union and other communist countries never implemented socialism because the common people didnt have any power at all it was a state capitalism.
Socialism is basically:
Free healthcare
Free education
Free housing for those who are productive
Lazy people will not get any benefits
All resources will be shared among the common people
Means of production being seized and controlled by society
Direct democracy
All the elite's property and wealth being seized either willingly or with force
Also Marx never mentioned anything about common people not having property its the elite's property and industry that wants to be seized
