Russia uses the term "special military operation" to refer to the Russian war against Ukraine. Chinese media generally use the term "Afghanistan situation" or "Russia-Ukraine conflict" to refer to the war.

It's just trolling. When the Ukrainians fought a civil war against the people of Donbass, they called it an "anti-terrorist special operation" ATO.

Because there's some international jewish laws that will suck you dry if you officially declare a war.
This is why american invasions was just "anti-terroristic operitons" and russian one is "special millitary operation"
