I tried drinking my electrolytes with it, it's not a good taste, I prefer sprite

Electrolytes being 1/4 tsp himalayan salt and 1/4 tsp potassium bicarbonate

It's ok. Just slightly flavored sparkling water.

I prefer San Pellegrino

Why would mineral water need more salt?

The fact that it comes in glass bottles make it miles ahead of other PET garbage.

I ascribe to salt as a general health remedy, it helps you digest food better, which means better overall health, but you need potassium to offset the water retention of it
