When my son was born they said it would cost extra for "skin to skin" (aka the mother holding the child after it was born. I told them if they charged me for my wife holding my child I would burn the hospital down and they almost kicked me out. I had to talk to the police before they would let me leave. They didn't charge me though.

This is just false, I have been able to retract my foreskin for as long as I can remember, which is about 3-4 years old.

I work in surgery (for the NHS) a lot of kids get it done for recurring infections from trapped urine. Some times the skin is too tight
