Woman who found Biden's daughter is under investigation by FBI

The diary was in a house she bought, she sold it for $40k to Project Veritas. The diary contains memories of Ashley Biden having inapropriate shower with her dad, sex with friends of the family and drug usage.

yes

A journalist can sell a story.
Why is this any different?
Other than the regime hates law and speech of opponents of course.

fake

And nothing will happen. This will be memoryholed to hell and back.

As real as the laptop. And they will destroy it just like the laptop. If pictures of child porn won't condemn him, then a little writing about fucking his kids won't either.

the dailymail is weirdly unfake when it comes to US news etc.

its happening

If that was a Trump kid diary she' be hailed a national hero for bringing it to people's attention, saving the election by encouraging people to not vote for the sex abuser Trump and he'd be under investigation for child molestation.

But instead we're here, as always, as usual.

> fake
oh no it's not. it wasn't last year either
it wasn't when the FBI raided Veritas and then gave attorney client information to the NYT either... gained in the raid on Okeefs home!

Let me guess, FBI, you're going to arrest her for sale of CP.

Yes

>scott green
that reminds me of the army guy that got got
is CID gonna change his cause of death to hanging like they did with rossi?

That's am attack on property rights. The elite have refused to touch property rights for a long time, because the majority of their wealth is held in property. This is why you can't buy certain guns in California, but they don't restrict the selling of guns (can sell off-roster or unregistered stuff). Even in many states you can buy and sell guns privately without the state intervening at all. Even with their adamant stance on infringing 2A, the federal government refuses to put regulations on property rights. They will literally infringe everything else but not property because it will come back to bite the wealthy class. In this case, who's to say what you actually own when you buy a house? If I come back to a house I owned 10 years ago and say I want the stove, the shower head, etc should I be able to take those things? I sold you a house, not what's in it. This seems small but there's big possibilities for new case law and interpretation of property law. And I want to make this very clear, the ONLY reason it's being challenged is because it hurt the elites, the Biden family among them. What a sick fucking richist oligarchy we live in.

I would have refrained from taking any money for that crap. That woman is probably a kike or stupid like a box of rocks.

Is it owned by Murdoch? Murdoch NY Post broke the story on Hunter dick pics back when Mister Lude terrorized Any Forums with porno.

Or she could have taken the money in secret, if possible. Then saying she gave it away to them.

>That woman is probably a kike or stupid like a box of rocks.
Literally explained in OP's pic. The woman is a former addict who spent time in the same rehab house that Biden's daughter was in previously.
Here, under Austrian law, dereliction requires the will of the former owner to abandon the item, which is usually not given when something is lost or forgotten. Think finding a lost wallet - legally you can't just keep it. Dereliction probably gets handled the same in the US, so the druggie never had ownership of the diary and thus no right to sell it, even if it was right to hand it to O'Keefe.

Possession is 9/10th of the law, the house of legality is on the buyer who risk forfeiture of the item

>the house of legality is on the buyer
Here, the buyer would have at least the right to get his money back from the transaction, but that'd be civil courts...
Really doesn't justify the FBI's involvement either way.
