This is good advice. I get the feeling that your last opportunity to buy things cheaply is in the coming recession. Nothing else will be coming from China after this as relations between the US and China continue to deteriorate.

Honestly, buy a lot of replacement parts, or even automation/electronics equipment that you can build makeshift factories with.

If you are a fabricator, buy extra fabrication tools (welders, gas tanks, and manufacturing equipment) since they may come in handy in a few years (with replacement parts of course).
