He coukd just print money for free by selling Tesla stock and the 2020 R&D budget for Tesla is only 1.5 billion and like 2.2 billion in 2021. GM that can't print free money whatsoever, has an R&D budget if 7.9 billion dollars. I found that pretty crazy.
