When did you realize that you would never own a home?

I feel like a permanently indentured servant forced to rent and toil for mr. shekelstein's bottom-line; a meaningless existence

user we are in a population collapse there are going to be honest dirt cheap in 10-20 years

I'll just build my own home in a year, why the fuck would I pledge 30 years of slavery for a piece of shit house

I wouldn't want to buy a home in this late-stage country anyway.

I don't want a house in 10-20 years I want it 15 years ago

summer of 2020

Who cares? You won't do shit about it but complain and keep making kikes rich as they laugh at you. Either shit or get off the pot faggot.

2007-2010

>just wait till you're 90 years old user then you can buy a house

I had been telling you people to buy a home for the last 5 years. Who cares if its the perfect location or needs work of not your most perfect ideal home. Now.. You may never see rates like we saw the previous few years for the rest of your life.

I mean what do you expect we've only been running this central banking fake money experiment for 100 years you shouldn't expect a bunch of dysgenic kikes to get it right every time

I already do but it's in philly.

>be me, who's mortgage payment is lower than anything on the graph at less than a 3% interest rate and bought a year ago

Already own one, will buy another one for rental next near, will inherit one or two at some point.

i just sold my first home and am about to move into my second.

a 900k home in the middle of nowhere.

god bless america

I'm 27.
I've always had an inkling my life was going to be entirely different from the one the people who raised me had, ever since I was a teenager. My father literally barely finished primary school yet he managed to raise a family, own property, own cars, crap you name it, with just his bare hands and hard work since he was 15. Yet as the years passed, I realized more and more how fucking pointless all the retarded studying and diploma obsession was when everyone around me wanted 6 gorillion years of experience for burger-flippers and table-cleaners, didn't matter if you had a phd in quantum mechanics.

I think it was around 2014-15 the realization that, I had literally no future to look forward to started to form in my mind. It was around 2017 where it became solidified, and since 2019 it's nothing but certainty. I believe it's one of the reason I'm not as buttblasted about things most normies are, like the fact that I'm 170cm, don't have a gf or property. Who fucking cares about things you were born with or pussy when you're literally going through the Great Reset and by 2035 you won't technically be a sovereign citizen.

This is just bought a shit box. Not super bad shape just needed a remodel. 150k for the house. 10k materials plus my own labor I have a home that will go for over 200k. Just don't be a faggot and learn to build your own shit. My monthly payment is less than a studio shit box rental and everything is brand new.

Based rural bumfuck owner

in 2008, out of choice. buying a home is a retarded investment

in grade school when I was told I will have a miserable life and have to pay for all of my parents and grandparents mistakes for the rest of my miserable life. They tell you in grade school, they say: you need to get a job when you are done with school. you need to work, user. work. you will never know freedom like you do now.

I live in the middle of the United States, in the suburbs of a major(for the region) city. Six years ago I was making $36k and couldn’t afford to upgrade from my 2 bed 1 bath in the hood that I originally bought for $12k and put $20k of work into over a few years. The homes in the primarily white neighborhoods where I wanted to move were in the $120k-$150k range and I couldn’t swing the mortgage. Anytime I got a raise or better paying job and improved my credit, the prices kept increasing.

I now make about $85k and have an 800 credit score, I’m even worse off. I sold my hood house in November of 2019, because it looked like a market crash was in the works. I moved in with a parent in the suburbs that I ultimately want to own a house in ( my cost of living is now higher than it was). The plandemic delayed a crash with all the free money pumped into the system. Now the same houses from 6 years ago are more than double what they once were.
