The fact that we are even debating who's winning at this point is a massive embarrassment for Russia, supposedly the second strongest military in the world. Front-lines have barely moved for months. Initially they controlled 30% of Ukraine. They are down to 20% now. 10% they have held since 2014.
The supposed second strongest army has taken 10% of Ukrainian(smaller and weaker country) territory in 4 months at massive costs to international relations.
