USD is the global reserve currency for the time being, meaning that international banks keep some at hand in case of a crisis, and also because the petrodollar hegemony of the US. All of that is changing with global volatility and frankly Biden's deliberately shitty fucking policy -- and Bitcoin and more decentralized currencies are being adopted due to more future-proof stability.

Even if it is correct, USD is the larges reserve currency in the world, when it inflates we spread it around to everyone else. Also, our domestic oil policy coupled with strongarming Euros into sanctions have made energy more expensive which is driving global inflation as well.

If you ever get the chance to talk to some for an extended period of time, you'll quickly realize that most of them are average at best. They know how to be the central prop in election campaigns that they themselves aren't operating. They're instructed where to go, what to say, and how to say it. When they're outside of the constraints of a campaign event, they have a difficult time speaking intelligently on pretty much any subject.
There are some that are themselves very intelligent but most have someone very intelligent running the show for them while they're the figurehead.
