because you have not completed your work here yet user. go crack a bible, have a read... Check out Matthew 6 where you will find the instructions on how to pray. Consider praying to find out what your purpose is or ask for help in general. I find it beneficial to not be specific although I will find random passages that have prayer suggestions like "straighten my path" or "don't give me the final test" or whatever you may stumble across.
