CNN is now releasing the name and biographical details of a third volunteer who may be in captivity.
This is veteran Marine Grady Kurpasi.
Kurpasi has 20 years of service in the Marine Corps under his belt and retired in November 2021.
He arrived in Ukraine on March 7 and, according to his friends, wanted to share experience, not fight. That is, he probably planned to be an instructor.
On April 26, Kurpasi was on duty as part of the troops of the foreign legion in the combat zone in the Kherson region.
The position began to be shelled and Kurpasi went to "find out what was happening", contacted the military and ordered to return fire.

I haven't heard the word "Russian" in a long time.
