It can run on HHO/brown's gas but the gas is very volatile and tends to blow shit up.
You use electrolysis to generate HHO. It will likely be just hydrogen that becomes the standard fuel, since conversion would be similar to converting to propane.
HHO generators are pretty common in the jewelry industry. It isn't rocket science.
