30-year mortgage is over 6.5%, what is this going to do for zoomers?

Force them to be homeless, or live with their parents.
Sitting in a 1800sqft at 2.5% 1500 a month.
Make them love the democrats and the biden's
Learn to code or die.
Yell at them more vote or die memes
ZOOMERS ARE TURNING BACK TO CAVEMAN. FUCK OFF WITH UR 'SOCIETIES'
>implying we ever had a shot after 9/11
Nope. Not gonna comply with all of this
ADAM!
probably move back in with my parents. Then, what money I save on rent or mortgage, I will spend on ammo.
Doesn't matter, zoomers didn't have 100k over asking price cash needed to even buy a house for the last year. Hopefully adjustable rate mortgage retards get slaughtered.

Coding sucks. I'm starting to learn C because I heard it's a good base but God damn this shit is so hard to get started. Does it get better? I need a new job.
cheap homes in the coming months
My girlfriend is moving in with me into my parents house
My sister and her boyfriend live with us too and they have been saving to buy a home for like 5 years lol
You're probably right. I wonder if leafland is still restricting foreign buyers.
Same but at 1050$ a month. Gf and I make over 130k annual. Ez life.
decrease house prices
if they know how to take advantage of that
You don't need to be fluent in C unless you want to do embedded or other low-level work. If you're just looking for employability, learn a higher level language like C# or JavaScript. C# is a structured language that will teach you fundamentals while having access to plenty of libraries that will allow you to move quickly on projects.
its going to be like england with 100 year mortgages soon.
Cool, thanks. Is python worth it? How many languages do people typically learn?
I wouldn't say so. Learn with something else and you'll be able to pick up python very quickly if you ever need it for something.
As for how many, it depends what kind of work you're doing. Web dev might have you touching php & JavaScript. I've had 2 jobs now doing nothing but C#.
if you know nothing about programming try autohotkey. it's a great starter because a lot of stuff is managed behind the scenes while you get used to manipulating data. when you're ready you can dig into the stuff operating in the background or simply move to javascript or python.
i am not sure that the new mortgage rate is that bad. i did a search on google and supposedly mortgage rates have been much higher in the past.
