How big should the size of the government be in your opinion?

I'll start:
>ability to enforce laws
>ability to have a standing army
>ability to sign treaties with other governments and enforce that n shieeet
>maybe also have the ability to build and repair roads and run a postal office

Under normal circumstances, I’d love a smaller less intrusive government, but our situation is different. Our situation needs a full blown authoritarian dictator to get this country back on pace socially, culturally, and economically. A small nonintrusive government in this society would lead to an unmitigated disaster. The “best kind of government” argument is bullshit because there is no best one size fits all kind of government, it’s situational.

Ok, but how can you elaborate on what you think is the best type of government in this current situation?

with how awful they are at what they do, minuscule.

Yes, but anarchy is not a solution. How small should it be in your opinion, like what powers should it have?

nonexistent

>ability to have a standing army
Aaaaaaand you’re over.

Oh ok, so there should be no government at all? Are you saying that we should live in an anarchy? There are reasons to why a government should exist, because plebs are too unreliable and irresponsible to handle themselves, I think.

We gotta defend ourselves somehow though.

hexagonal districts of 100K people max with one king in said district and all the kings vote for head king of nation, they all follow and establish the Catholic Church as the official faith

Based on the flag you are asking about the United States.
Economic and military power needs to be shifted to the states, and unite them as decreed. The federal government can oversee but not influence. These divisions of power are for a reason.

Oh ok, but what can the kings do? What can the kings not do? And what special powers do the Head king have over the normal kings? What can the head king NOT do compared to the normal kings?

its called a "milita."
the USA could call up over a hundred million men in a matter of days. fuck the zogbot army.

We currently have a standing army. Is it defending us from anything?
We have a second standing army in the form of a multitude of police agencies. Is it defending us from anything?
Are both of them preventing us from defending ourselves from foreign invaders, unconstitutional government, and criminals?

But if the federal government is going to oversee it needs some kind of power or else it might as well not exist. So what kinds of power can it have to accomplish?
Oh yeah right...Militias...but doesn't it take a lot of time to actually train the soldiers fully?

Limiting constitution to first 14 amendments would be a start.

Oh ok. Do you think the current Polish government has the perfect size?

>ability to enforce laws
this could mean anything from libertarianism to absolute dystopian nightmare where your every move is regulated by some legalism(s)

>to accomplish?
Nullifying unconstitutional presidential decrees.

As small as possible. But from what I'm seeing this last year the head of government should be on a pike.

The government should make people who don't look like me go into the sea.

We need giant NSA fbi cia to fight the other governments groups

LOL LMAO, anyways I know what you're saying but I just love the idea of the (former) land of the free. It was the peak of civilisation. Sad it's no more.

Or thrown down the helicopter

Next time we're going to make a META AMENDMENT that is wholly immutable that places a hard limit for all taxes collected being 1% of the GDP and totally preventing the government from taking loans, or even issuing currency at all, or making any other laws concerning currency or taxation in any way.
