The rule change was because the girls were going in with tiny skirts. It isn't a play for gender neutrality, its just an easy way to enforce the rule without seemingly discriminating against the female pupils.

We don’t even have muslims in Devon really. Exeter is full of chinese students I guess and they have started letting ‘refugees’ in across Devon but it’s still 97%+ white... for now... this is how it starts, I’m from Birmingham and already left there (last of my family and friends) when it got too bad. Yep but Devon really is as isolated from it all as you can get in the U.K. until this year I had seen maybe 3-4 brown people in 5 years and 2 of those were holiday makers. There has been more over lockdowns... that’s how it stars, a trickle then a flood. I remember when my area of Birmingham was 95% white too... no more places to hide though, they haven’t replaced us, just added 10,000,000 people in 20 years so our % of population has dropped. Personally I’m just waiting with nothing to lose. If nothing changes and nobody fights back before I’m 60 then I’ll just go solo, simple as. I’m not ending up in a care hone with those foreigners as my nurses... even the Slavic ones :)
