Cancel your Netflix subscription and just buy a house already!
Cancel your Netflix subscription and just buy a house already!
Eating out is expensive as fuck though
yeah your mother should lower her rates
All the subscriptions, take outs, other forms of entertainment: games, movie theaters, etc adds up and most people don't realise how much they are spending until they write it all down.
I see you have the mentality of a child and will never own a home, left only to complain about it on /pol
kek
So if I save say 200 a month by eating ramen and entertaining myself with shadow puppets I can afford a 20% down payment on a 250k starter home in 20 years. Wow!
That's not the problem. The problem is ALG II is too low. Go find a better job so that they can raise my NEET bux to 1500 €.
You got the idiotic response you deserve. It is pants-on-head retarded to suggest that netflix subscriptions and eating out has anything to do with the fact that fewer young people are buying homes.
show me a house for $60/month first
You could do nothing but work, eat rice and beans, and stare at your walls for entertainment and still not be able to afford a house in most US cities. At a certain point you have to consider quality of life rather than just saving endlessly.
Cool. Let's give 300 angry (you)s to Literally Who's stupid opinion on twitter.
This is the problem too. You could hang out with friends, shoot the shit, play some cheap sport together. You can go to the library, go hiking etc. There are cheap alternatives for entertainment but these retards keep forgetting, they got to enjoy their free time too. They could own a car, go to the mall, watch a movie, eat out, go on a trip with friends and still make enough money for later on. We're expected to eat cheap, enjoy nothing so that maybe one day we can.
>boomer advice
No, it isn't. You save as much money as you possibly can and build credit to get a loan for a house. In years time you'll have enough money for a down payment. You just complain about it
I was frugal and bought an apartment last year that has now gained $60k in price. I don't feel sorry for the retards that waste $400 every week on useless shit and alcohol
You don't even need a car (can be a pretty big expense) if your work is close by and your country has good infrastructure.
Which resources are depleted? If anything most problems we face today are a result of the Greatest Generation AND Boomers.
I grow my own vegetables in my garden and my roof is plastered with solar panels. I earn above the average wage too. I have a driver's license, but I don't own a car because the maintenance is too much. I pirate all of my media and games to save a substantial amount of money and so that I actually own the media and games as opposed to just renting it.
The important thing is that I don't rent and I live with my parents.
NOOOO, what about all the high quality Judeo-american propaganda for fags and niggers?!

She pays me
Let's add up some luxuries that can be omitted from a monthly budget to save for a down payment.
>$60 a month from netflix
>$60 per week(assuming 3 days a week) saved from cooking at home and skipping take out
>$100 a month from restaurants
>$20 a week from cutting back Starbucks
This is far from a comprehensive list, but those alone would save you $420 a month.
Save that for 2 years and you would have over $10k saved, that is enough for an FHA loan on a modest home outside of a major city.
a hose for 10 dolars a month!
Y u want live in a city? Give a jew ur best work years to live above everyone else. Goy
Oh wait, it's 480 a month so that's even MORE money. Stop complaining zoomers and start tightening your belt. The housing system is fine.
bold of you to assume my income is consistent enough to provide the luxury of being able to go cold turkey and save up for years and bold of you to assume that i am not a year away from dying because i can't afford good health insurance anyway
but go on, tell me again why you people banning child labor and certain jobs is a good thing
