Any other victim of antidepressants here?

my dad was going through some grumpy old man shit and got put on anti-depressants and all of a sudden he was all joyful and positive and encouraging like a fucking bible youth coach, it was fucking fake and weird, he was off then 6 months later and i prefer him much better as a pissed off old dude

apparently my gf's whole family is on anti-depressants and its especially fucking creepy hanging out with her mom, super fucking positive.

My doctor (Jewish guy, ironically) told me they were basically poison lol

I first got depressed as a kid when I was in 4th grade. They put me on Anafranil, which worked wonders, 100% cured my depression. But it had a side effect of weight gain, so they took me off it. First they tried Luvox which did jack shit, may as well have been taking sugar pills. Then they put me on Prozac, which definitely helped some, but not nearly as much as the Anafranil did. I was on it for years, and when I finally came off it, I didn't feel all that different.

I took them for a couple of weeks, until I woke up at like 3 in the morning feeling all fucked up. My skin felt numb and any time I closed my eyes I would have vivid imaginings, as if I was dreaming. Stopped taking them. I'm not clinically depressed anyways, just a standard "unhappy"

Pain can give you strength user, I use my spare time reading books and learning C with an Arduino board. It's not all bad. I now have the knowledge to build automated turrets. Night vision is next on the list.

The most fucked up thing is that these antidepressants are passed on to children while in the womb as well as through breast milk
My sister who's addicted to these things talked to her doctor about early on in her pregnancy, and they told her there is "no evidence of any negative health effects"
Come to find out that's because there are literally zero studies that are even attempting to answer that question
Fast forward a few years and the kid has several severe mental issues and is likely on a path to eventually take the same medication as his mother

Yh my mum. Got on venlafaxine and quetiapine a decade ago. She’s on like 300mf of each but her venlafaxine got reduced recently and is set to come down to 225mg. They’re saying it’s too much. They’ve completely changed her. It’s sad seeing someone you love become a shell of their former self. Can’t even describe it but she’s just different. It’s also sad or think that without these pills, she would lose it

I tried a lot of them because for like 4-5 months a year I feel completely miserable and suicidal but they never get to work on me, only Depakote was a bit effective and made me feel better. But now I suffer soberly as God intended

I took Lexapro for a month while still drinking heavily. Called all my lifelong friends niggers while in discord. A few of them didn't talk to me for a while but we went to the gun range, and I apologized for my behavior.

I work nights and go to a 24-hour fitness. The place is empty. I like to sit in the hot tub after and listen to an audiobook.

Sounds pretty comfy, what kind of exercises do you do at 24? I do body exercises at home occasionally, but I never seem to gain anything.
