I hate jews so much because they never once respected the law of the land. Church and state are supposed to be separate for a reason and they immediately throw their churches into the state asap

Religious rights don't extend to murder.

They won't rule on that basis, as a judge can't rule on the authenticity of a religious practice. It'll fail because the abortion law wasn't intended to discriminate against Jews and is narrowly tailored to serve a compelling state interest (preventing murder). The fact that you call something a religious practice doesn't give you carte blanche to violate the law.
