That's his point. Who do you trust more? Your fellow citizens or the government? If you trust your citizens more then you have to believe they should be armed. If you don't then you have to believe they shouldn't be, and the government should be armed. If you say neither all you're doing is opening a vacuum of power for someone else to become the new government, and they *will* be armed
