First of all, Ukraine has no ability to shoot down cruise missiles. For that they need Patriot air defense systems. Missiles fly freely all over Ukraine every day. These arms deliveries are just a corrupt joke, while any object on the entire territory of Ukraine can be hit by a missile weighing a ton and a range of 2,500 km.
