Imagining not being able to buy a firearm because you got out of hand in public and are deemed to violent, or the red flag laws where if someone hates you they can just barr you from purchasing guns, because that is exactly what the senators plan to out into the bill once they pass it.

What's stopping somebody from paying a family member of yours or a close friend of yours or a ex girlfriend of yours to have them make up false accusations about you which gets your guns taken from you, this is how your second amendment rights get taken from you.
