I think HW was interrogated before he died, was fed drugs to help him remember and he dumped everything (being mentally disabled with alzheimers at the time). Each envelope, I think, had dirt on each person it was delivered to. Maybe George Bush's wife got a letter that said he had children with a mistress, or Hillary's said her coven had an informant that HW and the deep state controlled. Maybe Pence's letter had his swiss bank account #, etc.
