I’m fed up with the the government and their practices. National, regional or local they can all get it.
How can I cause havoc while keeping the legal risks to a minimum.
For the example I saw a thread a while ago that suggests stuff like putting strong glue in the keyholes of government buildings. It can stop their operations for almost an entire day while the consequences if caught are probably minimal.
Any other things I can do?
