Dont have it. It way worse than that, all private prisons have contracts with the state stipulating that the prisions have to be kept at a certain % of capacity. In most cases its 100-130% capacity and if the state fails to keep capacity they are financially liable for any lost revenue due to decreased capacity, so the state is contractually obligated to keep the population above the contractually obligated %.
