Um at one point I had dementia from B vitamin deficiency from overconsumption of daily vodka. I couldn't remember basic things about my life. I took vitamins for a few months. This is a lot better.
You can pretty easily make your own cakes with sifted cake flour, a tsp or two of sodium stearoyl lactylate (its whats in store cake mix for moisture but you can buy it online), sugar, salt, milk, and an egg. Will taste much better. But then, weed tastes like trash. Edibles are a bit of waste because weed taste ruins anything.
I drink it and wash it down with water.

I don't make it myself but they use ethanol alcohol. They sell ones with oil bases as well but I am less familiar with those. I've just been using this because the medical program here started with alcohol-based tinctures and I'm sorta used to the dosing/effects at this point.
