Bah, when you see every retard out there drive a 2 ton steel beast to the grocery store you can only think it's dumb. I'd ban cars in cities, especially here in Europe where bikes can get you anywhere in any city in a short time. Our at least replace them with light two-seater cars like the ones you see in Japan or those that don't require a license already. The multi-ton steel traps should be used for long trips of 3+ hours

Have to pay for insurance. Have to pay for gas. Have to pay for maintenance. New tires. Safety inspection that slams you in the ass every two years. Have to spend at least half an hour every day in some hellish commute.

Think of how many decisions these people take pride in avoiding. Now they don't have to think about it at all.
They go where the bus stop already is.
They wait for the bus to show up on schedule.
They wait for the train to come whenever it does.
They go wherever the train takes them.
They go to whatever gastropub is within eyeshot of the train station.
Look there's one now. Did your bus show up today or did the driver call out sick because he's a day away from hitting his pension?

Because our zoning is fucked. Either you live in urban hell with shitty noise and air quality from constant traffic and still need to drive to get anywhere unless you're on main street or suburban/semi-rural hell where you're a 15 minute drive to reach anything which is just far enough that its a pain in the ass to walk.
Biking is dangerous because most places aren't built for it and slapping a bike lane in just puts you in the crosshairs of shitty driivers because the cities never put in adequate barriers to separate bikes from cars.
Urban sprawl costs more and makes less money for a city while being obnoxious to navigate even with a car and jews out mom & pops in favor of corporate goy box stores.
Suburbia costs so much more in infrastructure it ends up a net drain on city budgets the first time the infrastructure needs maintenance.
If I could live within 500 feet from a grocer and butcher I'd buy fresh meat and produce every couple days. As it stands now I go grocery shopping every 2 weeks because its 30 minutes to the store.

Instead we get urban sprawl, the drive and park big box corporate stores that destroy the mom & pops, zoning laws explicitly designed for driving, decaying infrastructure and drained city budgets, and the highest obesity rate on earth.

Yes. And if we had structured our cities and towns intelligently, people would need to pay $0 for transportation costs. Americans spend something like 10% of their salary on cars and car expenses. Japanese sure don't pay that much to take the train. In Italy a monthly train pass is something like $40 USD for unlimited rides. A car costs $100 a month in insurance alone, let alone maintenance, gasoline, parking, fares, fines, and purchase cost, plus storage and misc expenses. Car centric infrastructure is nothing but indentured servitude and financial slavery to gasoline jews. Same reason american healthcare and food industries intentionally make people fat, sick, mutilated, and addicted to sugar and junkfood, so they can turn them into lifelong consooomers and drain their money into a jewish bank account. the US medical industry is so profit oriented they actually mutilate people just to ensure they are a lifelong cashcow dependent on them to keep them alive. probably about 90% of medical proceedures and medications in america are not medically necessary, but are pushed for the sake of profit, and ultimately harm the patient and greatly diminish their quality of life. We used to have functioning cities and rail systems here, including trolleys which were affordable, enjoyable, and everyone loved. then cars were pushed to gouge money from the newly emerging middle class and everyone fell for it. now in most of america you have no alternative but to drive. how is it freedom if you HAVE TO pay tens of thousands of dollars to a kike? how is it freedom if you can't go to the store to buy milk without handing your goybucks to a kike for gasoline?

a lot of americans view grocery shopping as a chore they have to undertake once a month. i mean, what the FUCK are they eating? i go to the grocery store 1-2x a week because it's in walking distance, and i eat a lot of fresh produce that doesn't last more than a few days. they dont realize if they didn't have to load up a month of groceries at a time, shopping wouldn't be so awful to begin with. i find it enjoyable, and it is so fast and easy that i can go on my lunch break.

i mean, maybe they're just so fat that they need a motorized tank to haul back all the gallons of soda and massive barrels of cheez puffs they consume?

funny thing is that later in life henry ford regretted what he had done. his son tried to build walkable segments in downtown detroit (this is back before the niggers but after the cars destroyed the city) and went broke. he felt so guilty for what his father had done that he spent $125 million (in the 1940s) trying to revitilize downtown and encourage pedestrians. but by then it was too late to undo the damage.
