No, New England is still 80% white. The only states that are sub 50% white are California, NJ, and maybe Texas in a year or two.

You can tell the difference between a Chicano or Latino vs a white person, although the lighter skinned hispanics can pass for white sometimes. Those are rarer though. The criticism towards hispanics is largely directed towards the lower class brown ones with majority indian genetics. They have a very different culture and obvious racial difference, and largely do not assimilate
