The SS Challenge is a self improvement challenge physically and mentally(politically that's why it belongs on pol). We will be doing daily updates either on TG, Gab or on here to track our progress. We will start tomorrow on June 12 RULES: >no porn, no masturbation, no watching of naked pictures >no alcohol, smoking or doing drugs >get fit, work out atleast 3 times a week >sleep 7-10h a day >minimize social media consumption >read books(mainly from the Third Reich) >dress well >look after yourself(shave, shower, smell good) >also learn how to fight
This challenge will be hard but it will work out in the end. Struggle is temporary, glory is forever.
A very simply beginner routine is: MxWxFxx (work out Monday, Wednesday, Friday) Routine A 3x5 squats 3x5 bench press 3x5 rows
Routine B 1x5 deadlift 3x5 military press 3x5 pull ups
Alternate between A and B, increase weight on each lift each time you work out, do warm-up 1-2 light sets to work up to your actual workout weight. You can do some extra shit like curls if you like, but start with the above as a minimum. Don't be surprised if each workout is less than an hour long, just make sure your weights are going up each time. Eat more protein, go for a 30min walk of days you don't lift.
