You don't get it, this will begin happening to all other hot sauces as the fuel price rises/shortages and price of ingredients continue to increase and persist.
Once something becomes costly to produce to the point that it is prohibitive to purchase by the average person (the average consumer wouldn't pay 30 dollars for a small bottle of siracha, even if a small subsection might), it's no longer produced; and a lot of hot sauces need ingredients from overseas that are getting increasingly expensive to source and produce.
