They just constantly believe there is some insane conspiracy against them and IRL there's just not. Sometimes there are conspiracies, like the CIA assassinating socialist leaders all around the globe. That's a 100% real, confirmed and even now declassified conspiracy, but the shit they believe is just madness, contradictory, based on nothing and always going in exactly the wrong direction.

In the end the great replacement thing is due to two factors and neither of them are conspiracies.
The 1st is you need immigration for capitalism. OK. Well, that's the rightwing's fault. We on the left warned them about the moral rot and social decay capitalism would lead to eventually. We warned them for decades, none of them wanted to hear it.
Eventually, we had to move past it and that takes us into motive #2, which is our right to vote, which we don't have in the USA due to rightwingers. Rightwingers steal our right to vote through the electoral college and the senate. They openly do not believe in democracy. People here or rightwingers on twitter, especially "libertarians" will openly rail against democracy.
Whelp, OK then, in the end we need to replace white hillbillies then because they refuse to give us a fair vote.
So none of it is a conspiracy. Kinda just an inevitable result of their own actions when you think of it
