not yet. is it an intentional replacement? yes. It's a complete subversion of the so called democratic process, a delibertate rigging of the political system. We are reaching a point where we unironically need border control between states if we genuinely want to maintain our current values and systems. No, you can't "breed" more when it takes 18 years to grow a 'real' voter and every year california is shipping 100s of thousands of ready-to-go voters.
