My physical shape, skin condition and mental health has improved immensely when I was living in a village. I've noticed than even very old farmers were looking much healthier and robust than the college students. I've never seen any mentally ill or anxious villagers, they were all vibrant and energetic. As soon I returned home I started to like shit again (my acne has returned along with the depression, anxiety and intestinal problems). Sitting in a train full of people, waiting in line, talking to clerks you don't even know, following the traffic signs, eating packaged food of unknown origin - it feel so wrong and unnatural. Are humans even designed to live in a noisy, densely crowded enviroment full of concrete, metal and plastic obstacles?

Living in a city is just toxic, humans aren't built to live in such a highly populated area. We need small tribes of 100-10,000 people to form strong communities in. When it's 1M+ there's too many people and counterintuitively ends up alienating you to just your circle of friends and family.

Yes the city was weird and unnatural when I lived there, now I prefer the quiet desolation here out in the sticks. In the city everyone pretends to be a ghetto rapper type, even the whites are just as unhygenic and nasty ass as the niggers are, just as stupid too, in the city one has to be on guard when strangers are in the vicinity, here out in the boonies I rarely see other human beings but when I do I get overly polite and friendly and they almost always return the hospitilty in kind. In the city everyone and their brother is up in each others business where they don't belong, by contrast that's considered very rude and pervy outside the city limits. In the city the people tend to have zero sense of privacy, from invading anothers personal space with their body odor to peeing outside they city people tend to be really brained dead on these things whereas out here if someone in a store were to even walk within a few feet of me they'd say excuse me, or if they were to pee outside it wouldn't be in the shopping kart wrack at Kroger where everyone is looking at them, they vanish behind a bush or row of trees very private and very discrete out of respect for those around them. The city only attracts weirdos and dirty people overall. It's unnatural as fuck too
What I like a lot about small towns, at least what I've experienced here, is that people greet each other. I like to drive around my grandma town for that reason.
Cities are completely unnatural and as such produce unnatural people whose (thanks to their sheer numbers) their disgusting oversocialised metropolitan culture is dominant.

Also, it is noise at night. Good sleep is nonexistent in the city. Add to that all those imbeciles who drive race their shitty noisy cars at night, or listen to loud music.
