>No one is training me >the one who was supposed to train me took a few days off >she comes back >her co-workers take time off so she cant train me because she must do more work >they come back >train me for 2 days in 2 weeks >tells me my training is over >my only co-worker from my department takes time off >I am alone >mails pile up, people screeching >I just do what things without understanding them > i fuck everything up
And its still my fault for not being "hardworking". Let it all burn if everywhere its like this
>why did you have to be such a fuck up OP My grandma told me that somewhere down the line one of our ancestors did some very fucked up shit and noe we re paying for their sins
David Robinson
Take your unskilled ass and fuck off back to red dit
Whiner
Michael Rivera
Sounds like a great chance to get a raise if you arent a fuck up
Benjamin James
The one trait you should learn from them is to not give a fuck as well.
Robert Smith
train is hard job
Robert Sullivan
go to your boss and say this is happening. if the trainer is your boss, ask for a quick meeting with your bosses boss to explain the problem.
Easton Brown
Lol you're a retard, that's how literally every job is. Everyone is just pretending they know what the fuck they're doing even if they're fucking everything up.
Matthew Butler
Cringe boomer shill replies
Andrew Myers
Document everything, including when everyone took their vacations, and go to the boss to say you haven’t received proper training. Raise this concern before they fire you.
Luke Price
>Same thing happened to me OP I convinced my best friend to join me in this wonderful endeavor and half of the office already announced their time off and they will make me train him even though yesterday I told an US customs agent to stop calling me because I dont even understand what half the things he demands from me even meam
Take the initiative and actually find out how things work. Ask questions.
Cameron Roberts
>go to your boss and say this is happening Hahahaha user I work for an Israeli company I am not worthy to talk to him
Juan Parker
Yeah, that happens everywhere now. You should bring a notebook, and ask as many questions as you can possibly think of when you get actual training time, then write everything down. You'll still struggle a bit, but you won't be drowning.
Robert Miller
Just look it up you'd find a tutorial about it
Isaac Sanchez
Lol faggot, Rob drug dealers and then invest and day trade.
1000% familiar with this, I spent 8 years at a job where the improvised "trainer" decided we should play hangman using work-related terms instead of actually teaching us anything, couldn't answer lots of questions, and most people gave up on the job quickly or got fired. I basically harassed everyone in sight into helping me figure out how to do it, and got a reputation as a total fucking dick (but one who knew his stuff). So glad to finally be out of there.
Jonathan Reed
>Yeah, no you don't. Bullshit thread Yes I do. Its a shipping company
Colton Allen
Do you smuggle stuff?
Lucas Edwards
It's really not, you fucking retard.
Hudson Lopez
>Just look it up you'd find a tutorial about it I tried but the software is inhouse so nothing about it on youtube. They have these 600 pages manuals but they dont make any sense
Jaxon Thompson
Who gives a shit? You're not going to be payed more if you work well. Just learn to screen off the retards and get better at bullshiting at your job. You don't have to do everything correctly or do most of the work at all, but you have to answer all emails promptly in some flowery "fuck you" language. Dont wait to finish your work. Learn how to keep up the façade of work, while doing as little as possible. 80% of the people work like that, you just don't know how to bullshit well.
When the whole company is a shitshow and nobody knows wtf they're doing, pointing that fact out is pretty much the last thing anyone wants you to do. When they start telling you not to criticize if you don't have a suggested solution, run like hell, because it's their way of saying "we can't figure this shit out, shut up if you can't either". You won't get rewarded even if you start solving their problems.
Christian Jones
>Do you smuggle stuff? The customer talks to the sales department and get an offer for the freight, if he accepta he sends it to me and I book it and to the documentation and I talk to the ones in the port where its going and ask them if they accept it. There s dangerous cargo and military cargo but the only dangerous cargo I dealt with was booze
Gabriel Perry
I guess you re right, its not like its not a dead end job anyways, but the pay is very good. 700 euros a month. My last job ( for which I went to college) would pay 400 a month
Andrew Taylor
>improvised "trainer" decided we should play hangman using work-related terms instead of actually teaching us anything Its not that bad here lmao
David Hill
It's so painful to work and live in an environment like this. I worked at a company where people saved years worth of emails to justify their bullshit, and for what? None of it really mattered, you were always supposed to just adapt and move on. Only save the incriminating emails. The ones where your retard supervisor says something that can be construed as offensive or whatever, or where the company admits it's defrauding people. Document the stuff they can be legally liable for. And if they threaten to fire you, maybe drop subtle hints about what you've got. And of course, don't keep it on your work computer, forward it to your private email so they can't access it. But if life is like this, it's already not worth it, just try to move on to something better.
Jace Fisher
I nearly got fired for that. People with no answers hate questions.
Joseph Price
maybe they want to keep their job. maybe they don't want people like you pushing them out of their easy job?
