Worked in hospitals before some people treat the place like a hotel and the ambulance as a free taxi. I had this one patient was like 250kg ,fat islander negress deconditioned when she was in hospital so she couldn't walk. Did some physio so she could walk again under her own power, then she went home sat on the couch for like 3 weeks without moving while her husband did everything, called the ambulance 3 times a day to get help at home then had another fall trying to get up to shower and ended up back in hospital. Fuck knows how she went to the toilet that entire time half these cunts can't even get to the toilet to shit anymore let alone fucking walk. It's ridiculous.
