Anyways, assuming you know the verbiage of the 2A, “the people” are not defined as “state militias” neither are said militias that are mentioned in the 2A even necessarily to be organized by the state per se. Rather they would be self organized AND self regulated which is another important point. Basically, there aren’t many actual rules imposed because it’s assumed we’re all competent and assumed we all share a sense of civic duty. This worked well for a long time until baby boomers rolled around in the mud at Woodstock and imported tens of millions of people from kinda shitty cultures.
