Intense headaches that last longer than a couple of days are usually a bad sign user, I'd take it seriously. Is there no way at all for you to get medical attention?

I've been drinking more water than normal due to being thirstier than normal. Over 2L (33 fluid ounces) a day.

My health on paper is great, I come up good in tests I've had a few years ago.
But in reality I'm not very active and I've noticed any wounds are taking much, much longer to heal.
I'm also recovering slow from exercise on the instances I do exercise.
