A big reason why Western and Western controlled nations have both a plummeting birth rate and high amount male virgins is because women go ti school. This is recent development that runs counter to 90 percent of human history before the 20th century. Uneducated women have lower standards for a mate and are much more easily controlled. However on the flip side there probably are negatives on having women who can't read or write. They would essentially be toddlers in a grown up body and I'm sure not learning anything would adversely affect their brain development somehow.
