Europeans have mandatory enrichment of milk with vitamin D3 and many American milk producers do the same. Here, in the Arctic, it seems to be prohibited and I never saw milk with D3 although once bought one with vitamin C and some meme minerals.

They add various vitamins to breakfast cereals or into fruit juices, mostly for marketing effect.
